• The exact steps, expected result and observed result.
• Whether the issue occurs with a simple product, active or paused campaign, and your current template.
• A screenshot with customer details and other private information removed.

Do not email passwords, administrator session links, payment credentials or customer exports. Support will ask for further information only when needed.

Check setup first

Use a published simple product without variants or options, with quantity set to Unlimited and one campaign row for its numeric ID. Confirm the date uses YYYY-MM-DD. See the setup and reviewer guide for a safe staging test.

Version 1.0.0 is a free local plugin. It has no subscription, hosted login or PreOrder Pilot app billing. Payment questions about a buyer order depend on the HikaShop gateway configured by that store.
