Data in your Joomla database

The plugin stores campaign settings in Joomla’s extension parameters: product IDs, campaign status, optional availability dates and buyer messages. It adds pre-order information to the HikaShop order item when an order is created. HikaShop and your payment gateway continue to manage the customer, payment and order data they normally process.

Use messages intended to be public to buyers. Do not put personal or confidential information in campaign text.

Update and download requests

Joomla may request the public update XML and update package from preorderpilot.weareplano.gr through its native update system. Download and update requests necessarily reach the hosting server with ordinary connection information such as an IP address, request time and requested URL. The plugin does not add campaign, customer or order data to those requests.

Removal and support

Removing campaign rows or uninstalling the plugin removes its active configuration through Joomla’s normal extension management. Previously saved HikaShop order-item markers remain part of the order history. Manage or delete those orders through your store’s own retention policy.
