PreOrder Pilot support

Email contact@weareplano.gr with your store domain and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API tokens, or customer payment details.

Set up your first offer

1. Open PreOrder Pilot from Shopify’s Apps menu.
2. Choose a product, offer name, unit limit, and optional expected shipping date.
3. Create the offer, then add the PreOrder Pilot block to the product template in Shopify’s theme editor.

Offers can be paused, resumed, or ended. Existing Shopify orders remain in your store.

Current release scope

This release supports payment in full through Shopify checkout. Deposits, pay-later, automatic balance collection, and app-sent customer emails are unavailable. Order notifications can arrive after checkout; review any unit-limit warning before fulfillment.
