Information we process
To manage pre-orders, the app processes store identifiers, product and variant identifiers, offer settings, order identifiers and names, quantities, payment status metadata, and shipping dates. Authentication records can include the installing merchant or staff member’s account identifier, name, email, locale, and encrypted access credentials.
This release does not retain buyer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, card numbers, or card security codes. Payments are handled by Shopify checkout. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Use and hosting
Information is used to provide the app, synchronize pre-order records, handle support, and meet privacy obligations. The app communicates with Shopify and uses PLANO’s hosted application infrastructure. Authorized staff may access information when necessary for support or operation.
Retention and deletion
Store and order records are retained while needed to operate the app. Uninstalling revokes local sessions and removes stored privacy-request exports. Shopify’s store-redaction notification removes the store’s remaining app records. Customer-redaction notifications remove matching customer order records and captured exports.
Your requests
Contact the store that collected your order information to request access, correction, or deletion. Shopify access requests create an encrypted export in the merchant’s Customer privacy inbox. The merchant is responsible for securely delivering it to the requester. You can also contact PLANO using the address above.
Security
Access credentials and captured privacy exports are encrypted at rest. Merchant tools require Shopify authentication and are scoped to the authenticated store. These safeguards reduce risk; no service can guarantee absolute security.
